It’s been a few years since we first announced plans for the Christie Riverfront Condominiums. Since then, we’ve envisioned over and over how we could carry out our project. We’ve worked very closely with the city of Newark to develop an agreement that would benefit all those involved. The goal throughout it all was to perfect the conditions that would allow us to develop and operate the largest and finest complex of condominiums in the ironbound section. It wasn’t easy ; if it was, anyone could do it; but we got there. 

     This project will have a major impact on this section of Newark. Picture the finest complex of residences built on the shore of the Passaic Waterfront, within the diversity and safety of the Ironbound. Walking distance to some of the finest restaurants as well as the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, across from the proposed Red Bull Stadium. For those who commute to Manhattan, a 10 minute ride on the path train will leave you in mid-town’s Penn Station.  
      The fact is we would not have compromised the integrity of our vision, nor would have shared any plans unless we were 100% certain we could both develop and operate to the level you’ve come to expect from the Christie Riverfront Condominiums. After all those plans and actions we have perfected a destination so breathtaking and of such grand allure, that we were compelled to name it for one of the greatest project ever conceived in the ironbound area and realized the suitable name would be CHRISTIE RIVERFRONT CONDOMINIUMS.
